The term incel does not refer solely to lonely single men otherwise I wouldn't use it mockingly , incels literally believe they are entitled to sex. That is the key difference.

As Greta Thunberg might say, how dare you! Sexism, which is the core argument of this post, is about prejudice or discrimination on the basis of sex. An incel is a man who blames women and society for their lack of romantic or sexual success. Two different things.

What you're trying to do is make an association between the two as if they're synonymous. They're not. The OP has a point here in clarifying that you can't complain about sexism when you yourself are being sexist. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

Nowhere in the argument is it stated or implied that he hates women because he can't get laid. Shame on you, you're a seemingly intelligent person who should have seen that.
