I have incredibly low self esteem

Oh boy. Kinda fluctuates from day to day. Possibly minute to minute because there’s just that much internal dialogue happening at any given moment. But I’d say on a balanced day I’m close to a 7, yet I have days when I’m a strong…nearly intolerable 10 and other days when I’m a painful to sit with low 2.

7-8. I used to be a 2 but I knew I nothing was my fault. I grew. I still have room to grow.

Pretty well ,I suppose, didn't want to die.

I think in old fashioned ways it's much better what most other people think of me.
I don't mean I live to please them ,but that I conduct myself in a way that isn't self concided.
That I don't excuse rudeness ,anger, or unkindness as being "real".
I think talking about self all the time to be a bore,no offense to poster.

I suppose a 9 in the sense no one is perfect and we are continually working on self growth. I know I am year to year in any way I can. I have things I’d like to address health wise. But a 10 in the sense I have ups and downs as anyone but I totally accept myself and appreciate all my parts despite the inability to be infallible. I like to think I make every effort I can to demonstrate good character even if not to the point of perfection.

Outside?? Solid 9, with flashes of 10.

Inside ? Well ... needs improvement.

Probably 5. I like some parts of myself and others not so much. Maybe it'll go up as I keep improving myself
