Do you sometimes pop your bones and they make such a harsh sounds it feels like you should be in pain?

At my age I'm passed the popping. I now call it cracking and yes, I am in pain, thank you. 😅 🤣

No but I've always wanted to make my knuckles crack - and some can do it effortlessly.

But my son can do that thing in movies that tje hero does - the head tilt sideways...and his neck cracks .

Its both funny and cringy atst.
