Reading, literature, music though now, mostly, understood through music. Express my heart's words as much as I can, hope and pray those I love understand, hence why listening to words that help me matter. Another thing you learn when you become older, at least for me, as I have lived and I have felt anguish and pain, give yourself in compassion and empathy as much as you can.

4 breaths in....hold it for 4 seconds and then release it in 4 seconds...Keep breathing like that and it will slow down....I don't even think it's a medical thing.....I think breathing like that and counting your breaths just keep your mind of worrying about your heart!!!!
