How do you calm your heart?

4 breaths in....hold it for 4 seconds and then release it in 4 seconds...Keep breathing like that and it will slow down....I don't even think it's a medical thing.....I think breathing like that and counting your breaths just keep your mind of worrying about your heart!!!!
