I want to die right now

I got reminded of how worthless my life is, and how completely alone I am and will always be. Might as well be dead, since nothing ever changes anyway.

What if this post resulted in an ambulance picking you up at your home to take you to the psych ward? I think cops are there to assist when that happens.
