@zonavar68 Sweden never placed their country in Lockdown and now there is soaring numbers with Covid-19 I haven't the answer really don't know where this will take us.

@Pavona It does vary, and it varies both at federal level and state/regional level. The WHO does not make binding directives on sovereign countries. Nearly every country has adopted a slightly different approach/regime to respond to the plandemic.

@Pavona that's how it's been used here in Australia where I live. Basically the federal government weaponised the pandemic and has allowed the various state governments to load and fire the bullets outside of the federal aspects of mass unemployment, and purporting the belief that cash is bad and that it's legal to refuse to accept cash (it's not).

@Pavona The Australian federal government handed basically full control about response to the pandemic to the states. Now each state is unwinding it's response differently. Unemployment is however a federal government problem.

@Pavona So now have each state having different rules for what people can do, each state has different rules for who can come in from other states, and it's really silly and stupid because all it's doing is further undermining trust in the government(s). We even have a national airline (Virgin) that's collapsed because air travel basically ceased with almost no domestic flights operating and hardly any international flights. Only stuff still really flying full capacity is all the air freight. Passenger air travel is effectively at less than 5 percent.
