Yes, its fine for me, I only have to look after my cat, as long as his food and meds are looked after, he sleeps on top of my wardrobe, and I'm curled up in bed from midnight till evening time haha

sometimes your body just needs some extra rest. makes it even better when ya have someone warm laying beside ya.

Most people need to rest and recharge. It’s considered self-care.

I think it would be fine as long as you didn’t make a habit of it and start neglecting what might be needed to be done.
