I would probably go

I'd just travel to the near by city.

In rural area, so I have to travel; the only thing we get locally is bluegrass, gospel, & retired country singers
I lost interest in concerts a long time ago (too many annoying people in one place); last decent one I went to was years ago; KC & The sunshine band on Hilton Island, SC

I could wait till the end of times. In all these years, there was just one band I went to see in my city. Nobody comes here.

Does your city have hot and cold running water already installed? If not, that may be the reason nobody ever shows up there.

@swirlie Cold running water seems fine, however, I wouldn't rely on having hot water in state funded institutions. 😆 We do have a color television though.

Depends on the location, price of the tickets, and who was playing.

I wouldnt even put thought towards it.

Just to save the gas money, I'd pretend that I was a big lazy fat-assed American and would wait until the band and their bus and all their equipment showed up in my one-horse shitty little town before I'd take a taxi across the street to see them, hopefully for free.
