YOUTH is the training period for TRUE adulthood. NOW is the time when you discover that you are NOT just a body...you are SO much more! Discover what that IS!!!

Im older than that and still having fun. Why bother worrying about something you can't change?

It's just a number. Nothing more.
Some folk think you have to have achieved xyz before you hit 40. It's nonsense.
From experience, the only thing I would say is watch your alcohol; sugar and salt intake.
Other substances too i suspect but these are the ones that might start to mess with your blood pressure or glucose levels and lead you down medical paths that will give you a headache (metaphorically speaking) later.
Enjoy life.
You'll never be this young again

Celebrate your birthday and move on. There is nothing wrong with 40. This November I will be 65.

It's a time of reckoning - A fool at forty is a fool forever.
