Why is it before bed I remember something so random but can't sleep until I get it done
I remembered that I had this gym outfit I bought and might want to return it but I kind of like it so now I'm thinking about these "important" life choices before bed lol
Just before sleep - when the distractions of the day are removed - your brain has more room to think and ruminate over other things...there's a technical term for this I think...
