i bath twice normally through out the year no matter cold or hot weather , once after finish my first half work around 1.30pm and another time after 9.30 pm completed my work of the night , in summer may be added 1 time in evening or may be swimming around early evening on pond while living in country house

it varies. i prefer to shower at night, but, if not, i get up a bit earlier and shower in the morning.

I always do both because I go running at 4am and hit the gym right after, then repeat that same episode in reverse order in the evenings. Yes, my water bill is high but my food bill is exceptionally low! 😆
