If somebody tried asking you for some cash while you were standing right at an ATM would you give them some so they go away
Or would saying you dont have any while standing infront of the machine make you look like a liar?

I don't know, it depends what they wanted it for. I don't give money to homeless people but I will buy them lunch or whatever they need.
