I don't understand i got the flu shot this year so why am i feeling so awful right now

This morning my lunch was a mini bag of chili cheese fritos and i felt ok. Just got done eating dinner which was chicken and rice and i feel horrible. My head aches and i feel crazy nauseous. What the heck

If it's not flu, it's not going to work. Even if it is flu there's still no great chance it's going to work. They predict what strains of the virus are going to be around and hope they get it right, if it's a different strain to what's in the vaccine you will still get sick.
