I know for a fact that the guy across the street smokes meth. I know there's got to be more than that around here because I found needles in the alleyway.

I'm sure there are some junkies but luckily I don't encounter any obvious ones.
Meth is allegedly the most common drug here.

They are around. I can smell cannabis often. There's also a thing about throwing trainers (sneakers) over telephone wires. I'm not sure what that's about but it's supposed to mean drugs.
