When you're such a mental mess your panic attack sends you to er

I tried sleeping and a few minutes in my heart began racing, my hands and feet were extremely cold and I felt like all the warmth was leaving my body. Left underside of my jaw went numb followed by the left side of my mouth then it spread to my entire mouth. Went to er no stroke no cardiac arrest. No bells palsy or anything like that just a severe panic attack and migraine combo. I had a migraine like that in the past but I lost my peripheral vision in my left eye that time for a hot second. Feels like pressure in the head on one side. I got prescribed atarax but not sure how I'm going to pay for it.

It's pathetic honestly that I'm such a mental mess I have to go to er because I can't tell if it's something serious or not. See this is what severe stress does to someone.

Have you ever been checked for functional neurological disorder? Mine feels a lot like possible seizures and sometimes paralysis, but ultimately it’s your body acting out of your control. Like I remember moments of having symptoms of a panic attack, but I wasn’t stressed. Essentially, your body and brain have a disconnect. It can have been caused ultimately by trauma (as in my case).
