For more than a few fleeting moments? Last time I felt happy in my life day to day was in college..I had no anxiety disorder yet, and things seemed hopeful and free. 😟So, 22 years ago wow.

I have my moments where I can find joy in small things. Sometimes it’s just split seconds 😂. Sometimes a little longer. Most of the time I’m neutral. Sometimes I’m sad, lately I’ve been feeling that a lot due to life circumstances.

Life is a rollercoaster. No one is happy 100% of the time, unless you’re oblivious to everything.
