Would you rent a room out of your house?

I'm considering the idea for financial reasons. Only thing is the house needs work so that might deter people oh and I have cats which I refuse to give up.

Yes, we rent out our converted double garage into a relatives accommodation to a young disabled woman, water, electricity and internet all included, she is very quiet

@OriginalNedKelly with the cost of housing in Australia I imagine you would have no problem finding someone to rent that and probably a lot of decent single people would be glad to find it too.

@cherokeepatti Yes, many people would like to have a place to live, she is a very nice young lady, makes no noise and is very clean and has a black cat
