What are those pannetone cakes and why do they look so damn dry?

Good quality panettones are never dry.
On the opposite, best ones have some honey in their recipes to enssure this.
They aren´t as humid as (good quality) christollens but no, no dry at all.

Idk either so i googled it.. technically it’s a sweet brioche type bread baked with spices and fruit for the holidays

They're probably made for dunking into coffee

They are. Only eat them made by real Italians.
