Apparently I made a customer cry earlier
Today was hell it was very busy and there were only 3 of us working which is by far not enough to handle the chaos. I was making the drinks, someone else was in the drive thru and there was someone else working front register, the ovens and support. I'm already tense and stressed due to the sheer volume and I made this lady in the cafe her iced matcha with 1000000 things in it and she said is there this foam and that foam on it and I said yeah both are there they blended into each other. She then said she couldn't reach the drink on the handoff plane which internally I'm rolling my eyes thinking well if you just leaned forward and extended your arm some..... I slid it closer to her and asked if that was good and she said yes and I said ok good and walked off. She was telling my coworker that she didn't appreciate my attitude. I guess she was crying.
I wasn't even rude I was direct and to the point. Look I'm not here to pacify your needy behind I'm busy as heck over here so take your stuff and go .
