Would you let a son or daughter over 18 still live in your house or would you urge them to find a place asap?

My son wanted his own place the minute he graduated. I think it's great because it gives him his own independence. He has his own freedom now and is highly motivated and very smart. At the same time, he knows that he can always count on me if he needs help or guidance with anything.
