Would you have your kids move out right at 18?

One did. Only because he had been saving for a long time, bought his own car, and had a good plan. He knows he always can come home if things don’t work out.

My other kids aren’t so in a hurry to leave and I am grateful for that.

Maybe not right at 18 but my kids wouldn't be living at home at 35 let me tell you that

Nope, in this economy, that would suck for them and be a failure of a parent for me.
I had my own place the day I aged out of my geoup home the day before I turned 18, I had to wait until midnight to buy my marlboro menthols.
