Wow I'm in worse shape than I thought.

A friend of mine brought me along to the gym because he was one of those planet fitness black cards and I was his plus 1. I went on the elliptical and I only lasted 3 minutes before I felt like I was going to drop dead. According to the screen I went at 3mph "running" and made it .15 miles. Hey kids this is what decades of smoking does to you and other things that I no longer do that I will not get into at the moment. I can't believe I ran out of gas that fast I thought I'd do better than that. I hate to see what my mile running time is nowadays.

@Wiseacre Guess I shouldn't solo a bag of cheetos for dinner anymore huh lol. I did that recently and deeply regretted it.

When my friend took me to a workout room oncei could hardly walk down the stairs after the workout 😅

@SStarfish Damn did she ever recover from her injury?
@buriedalive she's still recovering.. she had to have operations on it and then therapy 🙁 to walk again 😳

You would need a calendar to measure the time. 😄

I used to go to planet fatness, er, fitness, and yeeaaahhhh it is a bit "Different".
Oh like supposedly they had "pizza night". Pizza has NO PLACE at a gym.

Or you would get these scrawny guys in tank tops who thought they were Arnold schwarzewhatever.
Probably the same guys who think their civic is a race car.

@CestManan I'd need a whole decades worth of calenders providing I dont go into cardiac arrest first. Oh man I saw a few of those guys there I'm telling you and I am a scrawny dude but I was in sweats and a t shirt and no civic for me. I also saw dudes with nice arms but scrawny legs and it was funny.

@buriedalive The funniest thing some gym rats do - They will load the bar with several plates, then go drink some water, walk around, stretch, etc. Then they will go UNload the bar without ever having lifted the weight. :D

One of my old co-workers and I were cracking up one day talking about that.
