Fresh mushrooms. The place where I worked used canned mushrooms and they were nasty. Got so many complaints.

I don't like mushrooms at all, so that's a no for me on pizza, although I'll still eat it.

@UKNaturist Wow if we were at a pizza restaurant together we'd enjoy totally different pizzas – quite the opposite of each other. Wouldn't that be fun! 😏

@helenS - not a huge fan of anchovies. In fairness, I tend to go for the hot and spicy option if avaliable - chillies, chilli sauce, pepperoni, spicy beef etc
