Apparently I'm rude to doordashers at my job. No not really

First of all half of them don't even speak to me they come in and stare and say nothing and I'm supposed to read minds as to what they want. For all i know they are waiting on a mobile order or don't know where to order. Second off if they don't stand and stare they shove a phone in my face without saying a word which is rude as hell. Thirdly, half of them do not listen to me when I ask them who they are picking up for. They paw at all the drinks on the hand off counter and ignore me when I tell them all delivery orders are in sealed bags and which one are you looking for. One lady was just staring blankly and I asked her who she was picking up for. She ignored me and said where's the name on the bag. I went over there spun the bag around to me saw the name then spun it back around to her and pointed at the name and said right there. She had this look on her face that said oh duh. I mean its written on the bag in sharpie kinda hard to miss but ok. I swear these drivers can't read, can't listen, can;t communicate and want to get mad at me for their own incompetence. You can't even do the bare minimum and read, look and communicate. I am not getting paid to do your job too. Work with me here, answer my questions and just listen. If I am telling you the order you need is on the hand off counter in a sealed bag and just match the name to the bag and pick it up just do it good lord.
