Are bees really important to the earth?

Without bees NO flower pollination can happen so no fruit or seeds can be produced.

The only exception to this rule is for a few species of plants that require a bird to pollinate them but 99.9% of flowers require bees to pollinate them.

No bee pollination means no food production Or perpetuation of the species which leads to extinction of said species.

Bees cross pollinate flowering plants giving us fruit and vegetables

Only if the earth wants to sustain life on it.
