Whoops I've forgotten to take my night meds for past few nights and the dreams have been so vivid and just bizarre AF

@DareToSayIT Well Heaven was nice, lots of people there.. and hills. In Hell there were lots of people too and they were sitting on a rocky ground and Satan was going round with a sword, slaying their hearts. I'm not saying this is what they are actually like just something my silly brain visualized.

I am not on meds but I do often have strange vivid dreams. Some are innocent and some are not that much.
One was so vivid that I found myself on the floor because I fell out of bed. I tend to sleep very close to the edge because the mattress is harder there and I must have moved in the wrong direction while attempting to (censored). Result, I found myself falling onto the floor and swearing out loud...

@Beautyinbroken I am truly sorry for you and that you have to be fighting even at night rather than to have a night where you can relax and be peaceful.
Have you tried to drink a valerian tea before going to bed or do some yoga exercises to empty your mind from the stress of the day? I do yoga every evening and it helps me feel relaxed and calm.
