Is being at a job for 3 years impressive or is that still a small amount of time?

@royalblue1193 rather depends on the job if it is stressful and demanding it is if so three year is good

Now-a-days that is about as long as someone is expected to stay in a corporate role.

I last a year I'm on my sixth job but I'm back at one I worked at before

It used to be that three years wasn't even acknowledged, 25+ years was the goal of most people, now even a year is considered a goal.
