@HumanEarth There are charity watch organizations that rate charities, you can even find some where you can search by state or city. Most of these charities have a high overhead with the organizers and top people filling their own pockets before any of the money goes to the ones that they are supposed to be helping. It’s pretty rare to find charities that have a small overhead.
