I'm a binger too, luckily I've been getting better at not indulging over the years. Sorry that you struggle with that and I hope you aren't too hard on yourself, you probably don't deserve it and that will just make it harder to avoid further binging~ 馃槍

You could binge on stuff like fruits or soup? Or cucumber? Something that wouldn't upset your tummy later on.

Obviously you are concerned about your weight, my advice is eat responsibly when you are hungry.

I can SO relate to this .
I've been like that nearly all my life ...barely eat at all ...then nearly eat myself into a coma 馃槀.

It's taken me years of trying to balance it out, but honestly - I think it just worked for me .
Now I'm trying to eat more often and healthier...I've gotten a bit chubby.

Whereas before ....my weight pretty much stayed the same.

But yeah....those times of ' I think I'm gonna have to roll my self off the couch I'm so full' ..are awful, you just feel like crap 馃
