The dmv be like “sorry ma’am you forgot to bring the original copy of the Declaration of Independence”

I had to go to the DMV a couple weeks ago to get a photo ID. I took everything I was supposed to, two proof of address, my birth certificate, even an ancient passport, and my driver's license that expired 5 1/2 years ago. The clerk took my driver's license and said that was all she needed. Easy as pie!
