I’ve never understood people who have “school spirit”

My mortal enemy is university administrators so couldn't agree more.

Back in the day, school was a lot different.

I was pretty good at school, actually.

Me neither. Or as a kid and then a teenager, school spirit? I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO BE HERE!!!!! I cannot legally leave, I'd rather be sitting under a tree on such a beautiful sunny day, instead of being screamed at for talking to my friends.

People who know how to tap into solidarity and community tend to be happier. There’s also a lot of future networking benefits to integrating with one’s university/department 🤷🏻‍♀️
