Nope, I’m like a golden retriever. My head goes down and I’m out in seconds. Wake me up and I’ll be up instantly and smiling.

I have the opposite problem... with people screaming at 4am, or forgetting which one is their doorbells..

If this happens, I take it as an opportunity to meditate. The mind gets calm in a while. And you can then go on for the sleep.

Yes...because I will hear EVERY little noise and come awake. I can't sleep at all without earplugs. The soft orange ones that they use on firing ranges work best.

Yes all the time! This is why I have to have the AC on and at my house, I switch on the fan to sleep on its sound.

Sometimes, when it's really quiet I can hear a hum or an oooooooo, it's really annoying.
