What was the most embarrassing thing you’ve ever done on a date?

I thought it would be a great first date if we took the dogs for a nice spring walk at the park. I had a lab mix and she had a boxer. Well the lab bolted across the frozen pond towards a flock of geese that just flew in and the boxer figured it looked like fun and joined the chase.
The lab reached the edge of the open water and hit the brakes…while the boxer was on glare ice and slid ass over teakettle into the pond. Now the boxer couldn’t swim, nor could it climb back onto the safe ice…so I had to walk out on the thin ice and rescue her dog.
Meanwhile I broke thru the ice and went in up to my chest! Panicing cause I couldnt swim, my date quickly tied the two leashes together and tossed it for me to grab (saving my life). The boxer was almost drowning as it couldnt get on the ice and I then crawled close enough to reach it and drag it on safe ice.
I was a hero for saving her dog…and she was a hero for saving my life!
All was good…till we walked back to the truck only to find I locked the keys inside!!!
What a first date!
