Question for all of the guys here of a certain vintage and maturity

Younger fellers and women no need to reply. In fact I would prefer it if you didn’t read any further. Younger dudes will just laugh and make fun, and women, well I’m just embarrassed for you to see what I’m dealing with…
Okay now that I’ve got that out of the way, gentlemen, I want to ask you, how do you keep your ear hair growth under control? Like…why is it starting to grow so fast once you hit a certain milestone past 40???

my ears are getting a little hairy. quite often i pluck them with my fingers. my mum shaved some off today when she was clippering my hair. its probably a red flag 🚩, so yeah, we gotta be careful.
I’m 45 but this hasn't been an issue up to now. Good genes I guess.

I trim it when I trim my beard. I typically ask the barber to hit them too, but this new barber acts shocked, like I don’t have any. I think he thinks I’ll give him a better tip if he tells me I don’t have ear hair

@FeelingItAll Try finding a woman to do it. My hairdresser is a woman, she does my ears, eyebrows and waxes my neck.

Battery powered nose and ear hair trimmers are a thing.. And most hairdressers will do it if requested..😷

Luckily for me it hasn't been a problem.

Part of the grooming routine, like eyebrow and facial hair trimming.
