1. He's not President. We didn't elect him, we don't want him, and I will never refer to that traitorous POS as President. 2. He would rate a -100. He hates this country and its citizens, and has not done ONE thing for them in his 50 years of grifting in Washington.
I believe his is the bottom of the worst 100 presidents of the US. Yes I know that there are not that many presidents but if the US survives his evil deeds he will not have any competition for several centuries. He is that bad.
Personally, were it me I'd reconfigure the question because, anyone with even a modicum of sanity understands that, he is not capable of even viewing the lowest rung of the top ten from where he sits further down in the pit.
