@RocktheHouse all of NATO did not invade those countries. The US and some allies that were also part of NATO did. NATO is defensive.

The US was wrong to invade Iraq. It was wrong to invade Afghanistan. The US has wrongfully invaded a lot of places. I'll admit that. I do not think it is right to say it's wrong when they do it but not when we do it. But nor does the fact that we have done something wrong excuse other nations of their own wrongdoing.

@Human1000 Yes, looking at how Russia is barely hanging on may make China think twice. On the other hand, Taiwan isn't Ukraine. Unlike the situation in Ukraine, many of the Taiwanese people are actually pro- China.
