He's definitely a mixed bag. On one hand, he's funded and advocated for legitimately cool projects like SpaceX and Tesla, but on the other hand... Hyperloop and Hyperport. 🤮

It's naive to look at Twitter changing hands from one group of oligarchs to another oligarch and believing that this is the free speech revolution we've been needing... especially given the non-disparagement agreements he makes his employees sign and his treatment of reporters.

The successful way that billionaires convince people they're just "average joes" (Trump, Musk) who are fighting the elites is something I'll continue to observe with amazement.

This country is fucked because rich people have successfully convinced many people that the poor are the reason we can't have nice things.
