@BlueVeins Omg .. do you hear yourself? We have a legal process for that. Have no issue w THAT.
You know damn well 10s of millions came outside that process and that it was intentionally done to try and rig elections by changing the number of seats distributed by counting illegals in the census.
This and other statements need to be cleared up. Not just for others in other countries, yet as well for apparently USA citizens...
The president can't fire judges and Trump hasn't. He can appoint them with Senate approval, They can only be removed ( impeached) by the Senate… according to the Constitution.
The justices that the USA president can fire without congressional approval are all under the Department of justice (DOJ) and many of those are in the Department of immigration.
The president can fire officials within the DOJ, including immigration judges. These officials play critical roles in adjudicating immigration cases, managing legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws. Unlike federal judges who serve lifetime appointments, DOJ officials, such as immigration judges, do not have this level of job security and can be terminated at the president's discretion.
This power allows the president to shape the direction of immigration policies and adapt the workforce to meet changing priorities within the DOJ. For instance, if there are shifts in administration policy regarding immigration enforcement or reform, the president might choose to replace immigration judges who do not align with these priorities.
Conclusion
In summary, the president can fire immigration judges and other officials within the DOJ, thereby influencing the judicial landscape related to immigration issues. This authority underscores the president's power to manage DOJ personnel, specifically in the context of immigration law enforcement and judicial administration.

The other part, sending threatening letters to attorneys? Prove it.
Telling them to GTFO… probably, with good reasons I am sure. But anyone with any common sense knows he can't exile a US citizen without Congress.
@TexChik Wow. You really do go all out on drinking that orange Kool-Aid, don't you? Up to and including attacking all news sources that don't line up to kiss his ring.
Is this a real matter or something S.W. Robot has invented to wind people up?
As a foreigner I do not know the American President's limits of authority in the employment or dismissal of judges, but wanting to exile US-national lawyers, of attorney level, not even judges? That doesn't sound real.
Does he have the authority to exile anyone of American birth and nationality?
I wonder just how much information those responsible for the exile orders, actually have about individuals; and how much ability they have to investigate?
As for "self-deportion"... That is a ridiculous term, in same mould as that pretentious semi-illiteracy affected by many business managers.
The article says immigration authorities sent her a letter. Trump himself did not send her anything. Seems clear this was either in error or faked. Any one can fake a letter. I can fake any letter head myself barely trying.
Of course not. But this POTUS is not even a legal president. He engaged in insurrection against our government and is a convicted criminal. He is now ordering extrajudicial murders.
He belongs in prison and must be held accountable for his crimes.
@FrogManSometimesLooksBothWays I watched a heart warming video about what happened. I guess by the time he got to the place where thi happened, it wouldn't have mattered because he had already kicked the bucket but at least the Italians got to take out some anger and also disgrace their de4d dictator.
@ElwoodBlues Yeah I was kind of reading up on that.
With the housing thing, if someone lives on post then I do not think they will be affected by the "rebranding" of the money, just those who live off post paying rent.
But yeah another problem that may come, unless word spreads fat enough, is that some off-base military may not realize that this will cut into housing allowance.
What this guy says is true. He did forget to mention that the h0ebags at the gentlemen's clubs are going to be real happy, at least for a short while til the soldiers run out of extra cash.
I think its inappropriate for americans or anyone born anywhere to be releasing criminals onto the street and embezzling government funds to fund islamic terrorist here and abroad
