As a foreigner I do not know the American President's limits of authority in the employment or dismissal of judges, but wanting to exile US-national lawyers, of attorney level, not even judges? That doesn't sound real.

With the housing thing, if someone lives on post then I do not think they will be affected by the "rebranding" of the money, just those who live off post paying rent.
But yeah another problem that may come, unless word spreads fat enough, is that some off-base military may not realize that this will cut into housing allowance.
What this guy says is true. He did forget to mention that the h0ebags at the gentlemen's clubs are going to be real happy, at least for a short while til the soldiers run out of extra cash.
