@jefferson before becoming Texas governor, W had a different accent, more like Boston. When we met he was "cheayad" up by my outfit. Clinton was obviously not from Arkansas when he was a young Rhodes scholar with a trans Atlantic accent. He was not Southern at all, mostly interested in Philosophy of Science, our shared field. ,Obama never said "Let me make one thing perfectly clear " before 1996. His black accent was acquired. . You should not care to see or hear that. Good for you! Liars prefer.
