If you'e asking what laws Trump could be breaking, the list includes:

Habeas Corpus: The privilege of habeas corpus cannot be suspended unless public safety requires it during a rebellion or invasion.

Bills of Attainder and Ex Post Facto Laws: Congress cannot pass laws that declare a person guilty of a crime without a trial or laws that make an action illegal after it has already been committed.

Direct Taxes: Congress cannot levy a direct tax (like a poll tax) unless it is in proportion to the census.

Appropriations: Money can only be drawn from the Treasury through appropriations made by law.

Foreign Emoluments: No person holding a public office can accept any gift, office, or title from a foreign state without Congressional consent.

Oh ok expert. Were you there? Did you witness any arrests? Illegals have no constitutional rights. Ice are federal agents. They are doing their job. If an individual resists or fails to produce legal documents or id then ice agents have no choice but to detain them for further investigation. That is due process.
