I think he would say – surprise surprise surprise.
But he would say it in a sarcastic way.

America went through it’s longest government shut down in it’s history during Trump’s first term. And I think this shut down will be way longer.

Btw, I think investigations are underway to find out what has happened to the billions of dollars Trump keeps boasting he has raised from tariffs. Or the $202bn that DOGE reportedly "saved" in efficiencies.
