I've used this term, and while it's not nice, its not entirely inaccurate.
Trumpists seem to reject not just the rule of law and stuff like turning the other cheek, bearing false witness and coveting, but also the basic principles of respect and cooperation that allowed proto humans to leave the trees, walk upright, hunt cooperatively and defend each other from other predators.
It's really hilarious to hear them called conservatives, when what they seem to want to conserve are the most primitive instincts that have been suppressed and rejected by virtually the entire course of human history.
We are social animals, and the sociopathy and selfishness that seems like the bedrock of Trumpism seems way more focused on the animal part than the social.
