A new phrase to call Trump supporters

I was watching this TV show. And this police officer referred to a couple of what I would call white trash as knuckle draggers. So that is my new term for Trump supporters or maga cult followers. Refers to stupid people. Trump supporters are people who haven't quite developed into human beings. They are ape-like knuckle draggers.
