That seems extremely unlikely. Trump isn't competent enough to have that done without leaving a giant neon trail. The mundane explanation seems most likely to me: Biden had them there while he was vice-president, they got filed away and forgotten about, and were never retrieved because security procedures for the end of presidential and vice-presidential terms seem to be pretty garbage at recollecting papers.

@OggggO Well maybe Trump did leave a giant neon trail but it just hasn't come to light yet. Anyway I think Americas Allies are going to start thinking twice about sharing their top secrete intelligence information with the US because they have been show it is not kept secure. Cheers!

@BackyardShaman Maybe. By planting documents on Biden then saying that they were from when he was only a VP it might also look bad for Obama. Anyway if documents were planted I think it would be all Trumps doing. For all we know he could of been taking documents since the first day he entered the WH 6 years ago which could explain why some of the documents at Biden's place were 6 years old. Cheers!
