@Boeing I train 1-2x a week. Sparring less. Actual fights even less. I’m only in the ring about once a year now on a fight card.

Yeah, I trained in Wing Chun as well for a few years. I’ve fought full contact in black belt tournaments too in Karate, but my last fight was awhile ago. I think I was 58. Ironically, it was my Wing Chun Sifu that talked me into entering. He and his gf competed as well. They both took first. I took second. 😔

I have turned to qigong and inner martial arts and I feel more at home there..:)

@Boeing Very nice. It’s only about what makes you happy and feel alive. There are tons of ways to go about that. Mine, admittedly, is an odd one.

@Boeing The beauty of the reefs corals and marine creatures. It's another world down there. When you finish diving for the day you are on a tropical beach the rest of the time. I love it!

@Boeing She's a panther in her own eyes, but to me she'll always be my little baby girl.

And just to brag even more: she does tricks for her treats without commands, is able to communicate with her body language (like "I need fresh water in this bowl" or "I wanna go to bed,but you have to come with me"

She also loves all humans and wanna cuddle up against anyone who visits.
She even knows not to walk on tables or the kitchen counters. I've tested her loyalty to that rule, and she passed every time.

And lastly: when it's treats time, I hold up all the kinds available, and she chooses which one she wants herself. Again, I've tested her choice multiple times, and she always knows what she wants. Even if she can't smell the treat.
She's a smart one 💜

@Yourbeau I grew up on an island of the South, hot summers, mild winters, saw snow first time at 19 years old! 😁 snow isn't my comfort zone! I walked upon a frozen lake at 36 for the first time!
