The IRS is purchasing large amounts of ammo and weapons, prior to the massive 87,000 employee increase.
I have never in my life heard of an IRS agent needing to be armed. Don't they just sit in their offices and make phone calls?

Because under the Socialist Democrats, they want the gov't to have as much control over the people as possible. This also accounts for all the freebies they give out and why they try to please everyone. They want to control you and want you to be fully dependent on their gov't.
