I see that the fancy shmancy socialistic steak they've been bragging about forever is invisible. It looks like there's no food in the socialist table at all. I wonder why

Nope, just lots of copies of Pravda and Izvestia, theoretical papers by true-believer useful idiots, and phony production reports from the comrade commissars.

Yeah, that's what you say now.
If you had lived 100 years ago, you would have been swooning over Lenin, like the rest of the useful idiots in the West.

Incorrect attempt at analogy, Emo.
You support the far left nowadays and insist that the Socialists/Communists of old never got socialism right.
I do not support the far right nowadays, nor do I pretend that that the fascists of old never got fascism right.

@Thinkerbell one flaw there my dear - fascism is a leftist ideology
Gorps · 51-55, M
@Thinkerbell No one sounds quite so absurdly, incredibly, irretrievably stupid as people defending & attacking each other's political dogmas & prepackaged ideologies.
Guitarman123 · 31-35, M
@SW-User its a far right ideology. Communism and anarchism are far left

No, fascism is far-right; it violently opposes collective ownership of the means of production, leaving that in the hands of private firms like Krupp and IG Farben.
The dictatorial, one-party means of population control, however, are essentially the same for the far right and far left, which is why they are often confused.
Hitler and Stalin understood each other's methods perfectly.

@Thinkerbell fascism evolved from the Italian Facsiti Party. A far left quasi communist group
Guitarman123 · 31-35, M
@SW-User it was created by mussolini who even said that facism is the negation of socialism

SW-User
@Guitarman123 Facism? They are oppressed by their faces?
Guitarman123 · 31-35, M
@SW-User mussolini threw marxist philosopher Antonio gramsci into jail because he was heavily critical of the state

SW-User
@Guitarman123 yes shocking when totalitarians clash

Mussolini was indeed once far left, but when he founded the Fascisti, he dropped all ideas of communal ownership of the means of production. Fascist Italy never abolished private corporations.
The transition from far left to far right is not difficult, particularly at lower levels. Lots of former Red Front bully boys in Germany joined the Storm Troopers when the Nazis took over. They just liked to brawl, so whose heads they were breaking didn't make much difference to them, nor did ideology.

@SW-User gramsci was a Marxist and vocal supporter of italian workers. He came up with the idea of cultural hegemony which he believed was how the capitalist class was able to maintain power over society
