@GuidanceCounselor wealthy don’t need tax cuts. Musk pays nothing hardly. Why? No there’s not family leave everywhere, or universal health care paid by all.
universal when it comes to Healthcare is just you wanting others to pay
Nope. It's just insurance without the 25% profit overhead. Every other developed nation does universal health care at FAR lower cost and longer life expectancy. Data available on request.
affordable prescriptions...increase competetion
You've never heard of patents??
womens rights
Women in Texas experienced a 56% rise in maternal mortality when Texas' new abortion law went into effect prior to Dobbs.
The new Texas law, SB 8, allows MANY more people to sue a doctor who provides that kind of care. It created an "open season" on doctors. Almost any busybody can sue a doctor under SB 8.
But the thing that was really different here: Texas stood out in that it had SB 8. And we know SB 8 passed an entire year before Dobbs. That was the biggest difference between Texas and the other states that did not see such a major rise in maternal mortality.[/quote] https://www.texasstandard.org/stories/texas-maternal-mortality-rate-rises-abortion-ban/
voting rights..
The GAO estimate says current voter ID laws reduce turnout by 2 or 3% per election. Let's take the lower number, 2%. That means that in the 2020 election, current voter ID laws deprived over 3 million people of their vote. Now I agree voter fraud is a problem. But isn't voter disenfranchisement similarly a problem? How would you weigh 300 cases of in person voter fraud against 3 million cases of voter disenfranchisement?
Just out of curiosity, what evidence is there of the rate of actual voter fraud such as would be caught by stricter voter ID laws? Oh, wait, I looked for you:
... reviewed allegations of fraud dating back to 2000. He identified 31 credible instances of impersonation fraud from 2000 to 2014, out of more than 1 billion ballots cast over that period.
Universal health care is and has been a disaster. Trump has worked with the drug companies to bring down prices. Universal Pre K??? this is a fake issues. Womens righrts. Does that include Men playing female sports....that is what Dems what. Child tax credits. Nothing has changed. This is an imaginary issue. Common sencse gun reform. Democrats what to do away with the 2nd admendment. I want to keep it. Another fake issue....along with the rest of them.
@Confined universal pre k was designed to get kids away from dysfunctional home environments as early as possible to socialize them before beginning academic instruction . It’s not early enough though so now they want universal 3 k
@Confined they want these kids to be socialized . Teachers can teach 1 +1 and the ABCs , but when feral kids come into a class not knowing how to share or wait their turn or not lay hands it means a teacher has to teach basic civility instead of academics . It’s a way of saying we don’t trust you parents to raise kids right
You are so funny. That is great all the things' Dems hate you said they like that is so funny. What is that sarcasm. Yea that is what i was thinking. Good job!!!
Every Democrat running in the midterms should have this behind them at the podium. Not say a word or mention it, just let it sink in to the American voter.
@ron122 Because they consistently had a Republican senate obstructing them
Trump on the other hand is governing with a majority of house, senate and supreme court, why hasn't he lowered groceries prices already on day one as he promised? Or ended the war in Ukraine in 24 hours? lol
The Dems don't deliver anything good. You can not pretend you don't know that and wash your hands of the results. Two parties and no way to vote for anything good, the population knows that because it's not really anything good!
@Roundandroundwego we get 2 choices . They get 1. So 50% less democratic ? (Except in the last democratic primary where we had the same level of “democracy “ as they do )
@AthrillatheHunt no, they have one party and more democracy than the USA. But you should feel best using the excuse you gave! And that's the best that the West can do.
