@Confined universal pre k was designed to get kids away from dysfunctional home environments as early as possible to socialize them before beginning academic instruction . It’s not early enough though so now they want universal 3 k

@Confined they want these kids to be socialized . Teachers can teach 1 +1 and the ABCs , but when feral kids come into a class not knowing how to share or wait their turn or not lay hands it means a teacher has to teach basic civility instead of academics .
